…Being in the wedding industry myself and working with so many vendors it becomes easy to spot the best of the best. When it came time for my own wedding, I knew exactly who and what I wanted, and it started with Kendalyn. Some people are just made to run the show, and she’s one of them. She seamlessly executed our day and made it look easy. She is friendly and comfortable, but professional. She made everyone feel welcome + had even the littlest details dialed in. As someone who is about as Type A as it gets, it took a lot for me to trust someone to take charge of our big day- and I never thought twice about Kendalyn being that person. “I have had the pleasure of knowing Kendalyn on two special occasions. She was the wedding coordinator for each of my sisters, and I was maid of honor for both. Kendalyn was absolutely amazing for both occasions, she went above and beyond to make each day specific and special for each bride. She even got along with the whole bridal party and extended family. She’s wittingly funny and has a knack for making even the nervous feel at ease. My oldest sister who most recently got married had some tragedies during her wedding planning. Ten days before her wedding she lost her venue due to circumstances that were completely out of our hands, but Kendalyn jumped into high gear and started making calls to other locations and within SIX hours we had a new venue that was better then the other two venues we had previously. All the while we still had an anxious bride on our hands, and Kendalyn so sweetly sent her flowers because of all the hardship she faced leading up to her big day. Now, my other sister’s wedding didn’t nearly have as many bumps in the road as this most recent wedding, however she still made both weddings run so smoothly and had everything planned to T. …there was no way I was doing this without a coordinator. After my then-fiancé and I booked our venue, Kendalyn was the next person I contacted.
Kendalyn is incredibly knowledgeable and confident in her planning and execution -- working with her definitely eased my stress! The day before the wedding, she arrived early to walk through where everything was and would be set up the following day, which I really appreciated, and she took charge during our rehearsal, which I LOVED! The day of the wedding, she oversaw vendor arrival, made sure everything was set up the way we discussed, and facilitated the smooth flow of our schedule. One of my friends even commented on the way she effortlessly swooped in and took my bouquet before my first dance with my husband. Where did she come from? Where did she go? "My husband and I got married in Ventura, CA...
A few things... First of all, as a bride, on your wedding day, the last thing you want is to be a big ball of freaking-out-stress. I was at a 0 for stress level the day before, and day of the wedding. The whole team took care of us so well and our night could not have been more flawless and stress free. It allowed for such a FUN night, and all of our guests could not stop commenting on how just how effortless it all looked/seemed. "When my husband and I were planning our wedding, I was the most indecisive bride!
Right from the get-go, Kendalyn helped point me in the right direction and kept track of all of our vendors for us. As for everybody, the week (or two) before the big day was quite stressful, but Kendalyn helped so much by communicating and confirming with all of our vendors. When our wedding weekend came, everything went perfectly! Everybody told me to expect something to go wrong, but Kendalyn truly handled everything with such grace. The rehearsal was organized – even with getting 7 flower girls to know their cues! On our wedding day she handled literally everything – I did not have to worry about a thing and thoroughly enjoyed my whole day. Not only did she handle all of the business, but every interaction that I had with her she made me feel so excited and so celebrated! She treats everybody like you’re her best friend – all of my family and bridesmaids absolutely adored her!! She kept everything (and everybody) on schedule during the wedding ceremony and reception. She stuck to a great timeline so that my husband and I had time to enjoy everything about our reception. She even packed up our gifts and leftover desserts for us to take!
