I get it, hiring a wedding planner/coordinator doesn’t always seem like a necessity…we are an investment! While this may be your first rodeo, this is my 700th (literally). I eat, sleep, and breathe the wedding and event industry…. When you hire me (or any wedding professional!) you get exclusive access to that experience.

Let's be real-there is no such thing as a strictly day of coordinator. You wouldn't want to show up to the final exam without looking over all the material for the entire semester! With our month-of coordination you will receive: 

  • email communication with coordinator beginning at time of signing

  • vendor referral and recommendations as needed

  • creation and execution of a detailed wedding day timeline

  • take over full contact with vendors 2-4 weeks before your big day

  • unlimited contact via phone or email with coordinator starting 6 weeks before your big day 

  • Access to budget advice worksheet and planning timeline

  • up to 3 in person or phone call appointments 

  • wedding rehearsal supervision & execution 

  • full access to our Wedding Day survival kit

  • on-site coordination of ceremony & reception 

  • if needed, a wedding day assistant

If you have most of of the planning done, but need a little more help along the way, we have you covered! With a lil' something more, you will receive:

  • communication will begin up to 6 months before your big day

  • Up to 6 in person meetings

  • Vendor referrals, communication for quotes, and contract negotiations

You have your ring and that's about it...if you need full service coordination from start to finish, we can be there every step of the way! With the whole shebang you will receive: 

  • communication will begin at the time of signing

  • Up to 10 in person meetings

  • full venue walk through prior to event
